IP-BAS has highly qualified experts in Polymers Science. The Institute meets all the requirements for modern tuition of specialists and is accredited to grant PhD degrees in Macromolecular Chemistry.

The scientists from the Institute are also involved in higher education of students from the University of Chemical Technologies and Metallurgy and the Sofia University giving lectures and seminars, and supervising M.Sc. theses. Recently the Institute has been hosting the specializations of young scientists from abroad.

The Institute has been organizing tailored training for wide range of specialists interested in mastering new synthetic and analytical techniques.
